“The management of the School shall be vested in the Board. These powers include but are not limited to approving an annual budget, reviewing annual financial statements, monitoring financial management, assuring adequacy of the physical plant and assuming primary responsibility for the financial stability of the School and fundraising.” -By-Laws of Village Community School
